Prasad has 20 years of Professional experience. Prasad joined the group in 2005 and has been heading the India operations of ITShastra and IndiSoft Consultancy services in the Capacity of Chief Executive Officer.
He has previously worked with TAL ( erstwhile TATA Motors-MTD) for 15 years in various capacities and work areas. The Major achievement includes developing the Standard Machines and establishing TAL as a strong player at National Level.

Prasad has played the key role in the development and Marketing of the Products in the Indian Healthcare sector. The RxOffice® , Hospital Management suite, The retail Pharmacy stores POS and the clinical Systems are the main products enjoying the Market acceptance.
He has been involved in the Asha Foundation activities and monitors the philanthropic activities of the Group.
Prasad has done BE mechanical and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Pune.

| Sanjeev Dahiwadkar - Director, IndiSoft |

Sanjeev is a true entrepreneur and an expert in the design and delivery of cost-effective, high-performance information technology infrastructures and applications to address complex business problems. He has a proven track record in the large default servicing banks, small business e-commerce solutions and work flow efficiencies in several business verticals. Additionally, he has developed three patent-pending products, including the company’s flagship, product, RxOffice® , a workflow, document and case management solution that enables companies to run their day-to-day operation more efficiently and economically.

Sanjeev was also CEO of ITShastra (India) Pvt. Ltd., a software development company that was started in 2001 with just 3 programmers. Under his leadership, the company has grown to 100 employees. Since its inception, ITShastra has experienced more than 100 % year-over-year growth. In 1999, Sanjeev co-founded MSTD, a software development firm focused on default service processes that was acquired by LandAmerica Financial Group (NYSC: LFG) in 2006. As a partner of MSTD, he spearheaded the development of the loss mitigation product, BackInTheBlack. He was also CIO at Lender Services Technology – BITB division of LandAmerica Financial Group, where he was responsible for the overall technology development strategy, as well as acquiring the technology to support and integrate processing more than 13 million delinquencies. He also managed vendor relationships, performed risk assessment against planned milestones, managed capital expenditure and coordinated external dependencies.

He is also involved in various philanthropic activities. He started the India Asha Foundation in 2000, a nonprofit organization to promote education, health and civic duties among citizens. He earned a master of Computer Science from University of Pune, India.

| Dr. Hitendra Dahiwadkar - Director, IndiSoft |

Dr. Hitendra Dahiwadkar has been guiding the Company as the Director. With his keen interest in the Healthcare domain, he has been the driving force for the Healthcare Products the Company has forayed in to.
He passed his MBBS and MS (General Surgery) from the prestigious B J Medical College and Sassoon Hospital, Pune.

He then completed his MCH (Neuro Surgery) from Seth G S Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai. Later he joined as lecturer in Neuro Surgery at Grant Medical College and JJ Hospital Mumbai for 2 years and is a Consulting Neuro Surgeon for last 14 years.

He has been instrumental in directing the philanthropic activities of the group being conducted through the Asha Foundation.
